All orders are shipped using our high quality specialist packaging materials to keep your purchase protected.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e mail that will enable you to track your parcel every step of the way.
Upon delivery a signature will be required from an adult of drinking age in your country.
The delivery costs are calculated based on the product weight and this may vary by bottle. Charges for decanter bottles or products with heavy wooden boxes may vary according to their weight.

INSURANCE
When you check out you will have the option of taking out our insurance, this insurance will cover breakage during transit and in the unlikely event that this happens the damaged bottle should be retained and please contact us immediately here
RETURNS
Purchasers may cancel the order by informing Whisky international Online Ltd up to 14 days after receiving the delivery.Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in original condition within 14 days of the date cancelled.
Whisky International Online Ltd will refund the purchase within 14 days of you returning the product.
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning the goods to Whisky International Online Ltd and the liability for damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
